Superbeo LLC (Superbeo) announced its acquisition of the assets and business of MWIDM Inc., headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. The acquisition is expected to be complete by the end of December 2022.
With the acquisition, Superbeo will add more than 91 new clients to its elite list of Fortune 500 companies and gains a more robust presence within the National Capital Region and more extensive markets in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
